Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, the first thing you need to do for a refund or replacement is to submit your request to us in writing or verbally via customer service within 14 days from the date of receipt. After your return request reaches us, our company evaluates its compliance with the return conditions. If approved, your products will be taken back through our contracted cargo company. The return shipping cost of the product or products you return will be covered by us. Your products will be refunded via the method you paid for within 7 days after we receive your products. The reflection of the refund on your credit card takes 2-5 business days under normal conditions, but may vary depending on your bank's procedures.
Return of Damaged or Defective Products
When receiving your order, be sure to check that the products are intact and cosmetically problem-free. Your products are delivered via delivery note. Exchange and refund cannot be made without presenting the invoice. For invoices issued in the name of the company, exchange or refund can be made with the return invoice of the purchasing company. The delivery person will obtain your signature stating that you have received the products completely and intact. If there are any undesirable conditions in the products, you should not accept these products and file a report with the cargo officer. The exchange of these products will be carried out within 14 business days. In this case, you will not be charged an additional delivery fee or product fee. For the return of damaged or defective products that were received unnoticed during delivery, our Customer Services department may request that you send a photo showing the damage or defect of the product. As a result of the examination, if it is determined that it is not consumer-related, a one-to-one replacement will be made.
Return of Missing or Wrong Products
If there is a missing product in your order, you must note this before receiving your other products and signing for the missing products. On the other hand, if there is the wrong product in your order, you should not receive this product and indicate it in writing on the delivery note.
